Founder's Journey
Rugun Anastasia began her journey with a degree in Architectural Engineering from Parahyangan Catholic University (2013), later complementing her design background with a Master’s in Marketing Management from the University of Indonesia (2017).Her career spans global insurance (Zurich), property development (Synthesis Development), wellness startups in Bali, and local e-commerce brands, before moving into market research and product development at Sequis Insurance. This diverse experience sharpened her skills across design, marketing, and product strategy.In 2025, Rugun founded hajime.atelier to support Indonesia’s small business owners in building and growing their ventures. With a belief that SMEs are the backbone of the nation’s economy, she is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs to create jobs, reduce unemployment, and drive sustainable growth.
